How do I know which level fits me?
Match it to how heavily you work. Every plan includes Associate, Senior, and Manager. Core suits regular client work; Pro and Power include more usage for heavier work. You can move up as your work grows.
What happens if I use all my weekly capacity?
The firm owner can add a usage pack for the rest of the week, or move up a plan. Nothing is charged automatically beyond your plan.
When does included usage reset?
Included usage resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC and does not carry over. Your subscription is billed monthly; the weekly reset does not create another charge.
Do I need a firm to start?
No. A business owner, bookkeeper, accountant, tax preparer, fractional CFO, or advisor can start alone, and invite colleagues into the workspace whenever you are ready.
How does changing plans work?
Upgrades take effect right away and are prorated; downgrades take effect at your next monthly renewal. Plans are month to month.
Do I have to talk to anyone first?
No. Choose a plan and begin. A working session is available if you want one, and larger firms often do, but it is never required.
